Location
The workshop is located in the grounds of Summerland Farm on the left about 2.5 kms south of Alstonville along Wardell Road.

Opening Times
9.00 am to 2.00 pm (approximately), at the discretion of the supervisor on the day.
- Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturdays – General Woodworking.
- Thursday – Club Projects and Planned Training days – (members to book for the activity).
- Friday – Wood carving only.
(The workshop is closed from mid December – mid January and on Public Holidays)
Description
The workshop is 30m x 10m and contains a 20m x 10m workshop area; entry/display area; meeting room; disable bathroom; kitchen; back veranda and dust extractor room. A timber store 12m x 4m is located at the rear of the workshop. The workshop is equipped with a ducted dust extraction system.

The workshop is equipped with a wide range of wood working machines and portable power tools. including: sliding table circular saw; variable speed wood turning lathes; thicknesser; jointer; thickness sander; belt and disk sanders; bobbin sander; band saws; drop saw; sliding drop saw; pedestal drills; router tables; horizontal drilling machine; wet grinders; scroll saws; drills; routers; biscuit joiners; portable circular saws; sanders; air compressors; nail guns.
